"Packed better than most orders I’ve gotten"
It arrived really well packed. The box was neat, no dents, no hassle, it looked better than a lot of packages I usually get.

"Lovely fabric, though it does grab lint a bit"
I got a sofa from Loaf the fabric feels really nice, soft and comfy without feeling cheap or thin. The colour was pretty much what I expected too, which was a relief. I’m really happy with it so far, although the lint thing is a bit annoying and makes me mildly question my life choices. Still, the material does seem good quality overall, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Delivery was fine, just felt a little rushed"
The Loaf delivery crew were friendly enough and managed to get the sofa in without damaging anything, which I was relieved about. I was a bit distracted that morning anyway, so maybe I wasn’t as on the ball as I should’ve been.
They did seem like they were in a hurry though, and I didn’t really get much of a chance to properly check everything before they left. Not a bad experience at all, I just wish it had felt a bit more relaxed.

"Helpful, just a short wait"
I contacted Loaf about my order and they got back to me fairly quickly. Not straight away, but they were helpful and sorted it. Would’ve been 5 stars if the first reply came a bit sooner...

"Comfy sofa, but the cushion situation is annoying"
The sofa is really comfortable and I’m happy with it overall. Delivery was fine too, no major complaints there. My only gripe is the cushions don’t really stay looking neat, and I kind of blame whoever runs this for not sorting that out better. Still a comfy couch though.

"Pretty easy to put together, with a couple of hiccups"
I ordered a bed from Loaf and overall the experience was decent. The delivery guys were careful bringing everything in, and thankfully all the parts were included, so that part was a relief.

Putting it together took longer than I thought, mostly because a couple steps in the instructions weren’t as clear as they could’ve been. That said, once it was finally assembled, it felt sturdy and looks really nice, so I’m happy with it overall, just wish the guide had been a bit better.

"Pretty much bang on with the timing"
I ordered a sofa from Loaf and, to be fair, the lead time they gave me was basically spot on. I’d half expected it to take longer or get pushed back, but they kept me in the loop and it turned up when they said it would. Delivery was nice and straightforward too, no faff. Really pleased with the whole thing...

"I had a nice visit to the showroom..."
I had a nice visit to the showroom and left feeling good about it. The staff were helpful without being pushy, which always makes me feel more comfortable when I’m browsing. The sofas looked comfy enough too, and I could actually picture one of them fitting nicely at home.

"Return was easy, thankfully"
I was already tired of dealing with returns and customer service stuff, so I was relieved this one didn’t turn into a whole thing. I sent it back, and the refund showed up quickly.

"I’ve got to say, this was totally worth..."
I’ve got to say, this was totally worth the money. I wasn’t expecting much, but it ended up being a great value. I blame whoever runs this for making it so easy to feel like I got my money’s worth.

"Still good after a few months"

"Had a bit of a delivery nightmare at..."
Had a bit of a delivery nightmare at first, and I was bracing myself for a whole saga. But Loaf stepped in, sorted it really quickly, and kept me updated the whole way through. No fuss, no chasing, just a happy ending in the end

"Helpful updates, but the replies dragged a bit"
I did get clear updates, which was great and kept me from feeling totally in the dark. The only thing is the replies were a little slow sometimes, felt like I was waiting ages here and there. Overall, still a good experience.

"Good delivery, just a day late"
I ordered a sofa from Loaf. Delivery was reliable overall. They gave me a time slot. The driver also called before arriving. It did come a day later than they first said. But they kept me updated. So it wasn’t a big deal.

"Lovely style, just a bit pricey"
So... I really do love the look of Loaf furniture and home bits. It has that relaxed feel but still looks really put together, and the colours and shapes are a bit more interesting than what you see in a lot of other shops. I’ve only gone with 4 stars because some of the pieces are definitely on the pricey side, but style-wise I’m a big fan.

"Really happy with this sofa"
I’m really pleased with this sofa. It feels sturdy and well made, and the fabric is nicer than I expected. Overall, it looks good, feels solid, and I’d definitely say it was a good buy.
